This fall I have been taking Elements of Design, a class that focuses on form, shape, balance in three dimensional forms. For this assignment we were first asked to make a structure, consisting of three 4x8 folded notecards in the same arrangement placed together three times. We later added an everyday element to the structure and the hope was that the object would loose its "thing-ness." You should not be able to tell that these are matches. ; )
